Unexplained...

Guys

This happen to me last night.I woke up in the middle of the night and was unable to move my whole body or talk even though I was trying hard to scream.Then I heard small children laughing a deep voice.Then suddenly it all went off.I looked at the time it was 1.00 am.Have any of you experienced this or have any clue wot it might be?

Well, Sometimes dreams disorient us machan. We don't feel it as a dream in deep sleep. We feel it like real. But in reality it is just a dream.

Personally (very personal) I see dreams..., rather interpret dreams as astral experiences. Astral body could roam into your past and future very easily according to studies.

So maybe you had an old experience you had when you were a child or something similar. However if something like that happens again, just go and check your physical condition. Who knows, maybe there's some physical issue.

Anyway don't take it seriously if you are all OK after waking up in the morning

As to your question about not being able to move it may be due to cramps.These occur because you restrict your self when sleeping so that you cant move around much.This causes the restriction of blood flow to your limbs.
As to your hearing voices my only advice is to layoff the horror films.

totally stucked...couldn't even move my head...
time was 3.40 A.M. right after i could move i looked at the time...
