UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council) adopted a resolution condemning the government of President Bashar al-Assad for violations in Syria that may amount to crimes against humanity.

The resolution was passed with 39 voting for and 3 against, while 3 countries abstained from voting.

Russia, China and Cuba voted against the resolution.
