Saw a funny true story in A*t* La*ka forum. One guy ordered a Viva from Unimo about 6-7 months ago. Finally the vehicle arrived. When he called Unimo people they said ,
"your vehicle just came. this is ur engine no xxxxx, this is ur chassis no xxxxx, and we registered ur vehicle and the reg no is xxxx. but unfortunately u cannot collect the car at the moment since we are not able to locate ur car in the vehicle yard yet. Please give us couple of more days to sort it out."

I am also ordered VIVA Elite Auto on 17/12/2011(nearly 5 months ago) , when i ordered time price is 16.30LAC, now UNIMO Said i need to pay latest price (with new tax) it is 23.25Lac, so i need to pay more 6.95LAC to buy that car, what a terrible, Unimo customer service is very very bad, they are saying lot of lies every persons every day...i have big experience about that.
