Unlocking iPhone 3.1.3 and iOS 4 ( with the latest baseband ;) )

This is for all iPhone users in EK who has mistakenly/accidentally upgraded their iPhones to the software version 3.1.3 and stuck with no unlock.

I just unlocked my iPhone 3G which has been locked for months now!!!

jailbreak either 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 using what ever method you prefer, i used redsn0w.(according to some blogs, you can use the same unlock for the iOS4 as well )

Open Cydia, and then add following repo and let it to reloaded and upgrade software sources. http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com

search for ultrasn0w and install.

update. just installed iOS 4 on my 3g and its working perfectly with the same unlocking mechanism.
