but podi kossak thiyenawa UPAHARA is only for Government sector...

I heard that Mobitel will very shortly (This month or Next Month) come up with a Package open to general public.. According to information i got they have already revised their tariff but is waiting to launch until Upahara work load eases up a little bit. It's gonna be way better than Blaster.. So guys please be patient.

I dont like upahara coz its another way to fool chinthanakarayos. The free minutes only available during daytime. But dialog all day long. Why i say dialog is best because most number of calls we take are for dialog numbers and nowadays i rarely take calls for landlines coz most of them are having mobiles.

Blaster is one time 500 rs but its only for Dialog lines and it includes calls to hotline+group members.
But Upahara is great with free landline+mobitel lines.

Can you tell me how many landlines + mobitel lines are there compared to dialog? And how often you call (if you're frequent caller who doesn't give ringcuts to others) a landline or mobitel compared to dialog. Think wisely dialog best because they have the most number of users than any other
