After reading it all, i still have few questions,

far as i can see, existing members or senior member will be automatically transformed in to users by the day change happens,

so still they have to start from the beginning to gain membership level,

if so what are you going to do with the excising member who already done some considerable work here ? do they have to start from the beginning too ?

and one more question,
who are the people appointed as official staff, that look after others and giving them ranks ?

Cool machan! Its like this i will consider what you did from your first post regardless of your registration date. I only look at what you did from your 1st post. You have done something bad in the old days but now you changing then still you have chance. Mostly looking at your latest situation.
If you are not active now and have no intention to be active in the future, You will not be presented with any higher ranks.

About the selectors i have not decided yet, but if certified members like to help they can suggest Users who should be upgraded to Member rank.
But selecting a Certified Member is a big process and i will manually check everyone of them and might even verify the real identity of the person.
I will not offer Certified Member for an unknown person who has no identity. Because the things he/she doing will affect the community.

So posting will not give priority downloads only membership will.

I have some more Member Stages to talk about. But first lets talk about these stages and post your ideas.

How this will effect existing members?

All the existing members will start in User level depending on their post count.
eg.. User Level I, II, III etc..
But to gain the Member or Certified Member levels he/she have to meet those requirements and post count will not be taken in to consideration.
Post count will only comes in to action when you want to upgrade your level within the stage of your membership.

But i have some concerns.I joined elakiri while i googling to find a price of a certain vga card.I noticed Elakiri had a great thread.To inquire something from a user i joined elakiri.Thats how my begining with elakiri occured.
I noticed elakiri is powerful community site, with full of great fun stuff.I am a gamer myself.So i posted a thread" what are the games you play currently" thread.Now it has reached 5000 views and 750 replys withing short time.I am a new user with less than 600 posts.
I kept on posting since people in here is great had various views.I regard every one is same.I beleve a new member has a great value.We should greet every new members like they are old members. They are the ones who expand this great site to the limits.
So i think creating so many classes ,users will reduce the popularity of this great site.Things should not be too complcated.best thing is to stick with current user grading.Because a new member might think he or she has no value in EK.
