The basis  architecture of the engine would be shared with the KTM Duke 390. It  will come with inverted telescopic chocks up front.The bike is likely to  be available in both ABS and non-ABS versions.Bajaj 400 CS is expected  to be a big performance machine. The performance is expected to be  highly reliable and it will also be easy to run and maintain. Braking will be  provided by a 298mm front and 220mm rear disc brake which are aided by a  dual-channel Anti-lock Braking System which is as yet unavailable on  the India-spec YZF-R3. The chunky fuel tank, sharp lines and naked frame  is indicative of its street bike heritage as is the low seat height of  780mm which gives the rider a more upright riding position. The bike is  fitted with a single piece headlamp, tank-mounted shrouds with air  intake pods, monoshock rear suspension and a telescopic fork at the  front. The bike is expected to come equipped with a 321cc parallel twin engine  that will develop 42PS of power and 27Nm of torque. This twin cylinder,  liquid cooled engine will be based on fuel injection technology and will  come paired with a 6-speed transmission. The bike will sit on a diamond  steel frame and will sport the Anti Lock braking feature and will also  make use of telescopic forks in the front along with monoshock  suspension at the rear. Thos robust suspension system will ensure a  smooth ride.  Both the axles of this bike would be assembled with disc  brakes for powerful braking. . It will sport 17 inch alloy wheels with    tubeless tyres. It will  target the biking enthusiasts who aspire for affordable quarter-litre  sports bikes. It would be based on the current Gixxer SF 150 but will  sport a larger 250cc engine. The bike will share its design elements with the GSX-R1000. It would be  light weight in design. It will share features like switchgear console  and instrument cluster from its powerful sibling. It will also host a  newly developed swing-arm, GSX-R250 badge and slip-on handle-bars. It  would be a fully faired bike with clip-o handlebars, spilt seats and  fully digitalised instrument console. Suzuki Gixxer R250 would be powered by a 250cc single cylinder engine  that has the ability to churn out 28-30 bhp of maximum power. This fuel  injected engine would offer a commendable performance and excellent fuel  efficiency.  The refinement levels of the engine are also likely to be  superb. The engine is likely to be matched with a six speed gearbox. The  motorcycle will host telescopic suspension at the front and monoshock  suspension at the rear. The braking would be handles by disc brakes at  the front and rear axle.
