BMW G 310 R
The roadsterBMW G310R is the first production bike out of the partnership from TVS and BMW, which is poised to be launched in August2016. Displaying a mean and aggressive demeanour, BMW G310R sports a huge 11 litres fuel tank with sharp fairings and chiselled cowls showing ’R’ badging, golden coloured USD forks at front, a V shaped front headlamp, and Red/Blue stripes running all across the body. Once launched, BMW G310R price is expected to be in the range of Rs.2 lakhs to Rs.2.5 lakhs (Ex Showroom, New Delhi) and will face competition in the form of KTM 390 Duke, Mahindra Mojo 300, and Bajaj Pulsar CS400, among others. BMW G310R colours will come resplendent in shades of Strato Blue Metallic, Cosmic Black, and Pearl White Metallic.

Bajaj Pulsar 400CS
It would be powered by a 375cc engine that is expected to churn out around 40bhp of power and feature fuel injection technology. The basis architecture of the engine would be shared with the KTM Duke 390. It will come with inverted telescopic chocks up front.The bike is likely to be available in both ABS and non-ABS versions.Bajaj 400 CS is expected to be a big performance machine. The performance is expected to be highly reliable and it will also be easy to run and maintain. It will offer a relaxed driving position due to its conventional single seat , single piece handle bar and easily reachable foot-rests and it will be ideal for touring as well as city usage.

Yamaha MT-03
The MT-03 sits on 120/70 and 140/70 tyres at the front and rear respectively both of which feature 17-inch alloy wheels. Braking will be provided by a 298mm front and 220mm rear disc brake which are aided by a dual-channel Anti-lock Braking System which is as yet unavailable on the India-spec YZF-R3. The chunky fuel tank, sharp lines and naked frame is indicative of its street bike heritage as is the low seat height of 780mm which gives the rider a more upright riding position. The bike is fitted with a single piece headlamp, tank-mounted shrouds with air intake pods, monoshock rear suspension and a telescopic fork at the front. The bike is expected to come equipped with a 321cc parallel twin engine that will develop 42PS of power and 27Nm of torque. This twin cylinder, liquid cooled engine will be based on fuel injection technology and will come paired with a 6-speed transmission. The bike will sit on a diamond steel frame and will sport the Anti Lock braking feature and will also make use of telescopic forks in the front along with monoshock suspension at the rear. Thos robust suspension system will ensure a smooth ride. Both the axles of this bike would be assembled with disc brakes for powerful braking. . It will sport 17 inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. It will weigh around 165Kg and hence will get a slight power-to-weight ratio advantage over the faired version.

Suzuki Gixxer R250
Suzuki Gixxer R250 is an entry level motorcycle by Suzuki Motors that is expected to be launched at the 2016 Auto Expo in February 2016. It will target the biking enthusiasts who aspire for affordable quarter-litre sports bikes. It would be based on the current Gixxer SF 150 but will sport a larger 250cc engine.
The bike will share its design elements with the GSX-R1000. It would be light weight in design. It will share features like switchgear console and instrument cluster from its powerful sibling. It will also host a newly developed swing-arm, GSX-R250 badge and slip-on handle-bars. It would be a fully faired bike with clip-o handlebars, spilt seats and fully digitalised instrument console. Suzuki Gixxer R250 would be powered by a 250cc single cylinder engine that has the ability to churn out 28-30 bhp of maximum power. This fuel injected engine would offer a commendable performance and excellent fuel efficiency. The refinement levels of the engine are also likely to be superb. The engine is likely to be matched with a six speed gearbox. The motorcycle will host telescopic suspension at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. The braking would be handles by disc brakes at the front and rear axle. The bike would sports many comfort and convenience features like electric start, stand alarm, pillion grab rail, self cancelling indicators, Pillion footrest etc. Optional ABS is likely to be an important safety feature on this bike.
