UPS HELP

Here is my problem
when i turn on the pc there is sound in the ups like some electric shock.
This is my pc
p4 2.8
2GB 667 ram
9600gt
IDE 80gb
psu 450w
Ups is power tree S650B, 650VA.
Is this ups enough for this pc?

Electric shock ? Can’t really say whether its a problem or not without actually listening to the sound.. Some UPSs make a clicking noise with a short buzzing sound when turned ON. I guess its caused by the transformer or something.

650VA should be enough.
