not sure how long it takes but if your arrears are still there in your CRIB report and you have settled all your dues, I think you can open a dispute. They will correct it and let you know.
Now, how do I know this? I recently ordered a report from CRIB and their email has a link to few supporting documents. think these are already available in their website.
