urgent help needed about web designing

dear all,

my uncle has given a web designer to design his website,but half way through he has left the job unfinished and gone abroad without even telling my uncle.

now how can we finish the website?
the finished part is already uploaded and we have the cpanel username and password also....

now what do we do?
how to complete the webdesign now?

some contents also have been added halfway

cms done by joomla.....

pls help me
