can we use two rams with different speed(one is 333Mhz and other is 400Mhz)?
Any problem for mother board?

That Depends on your Mother Board. IF the M/b support 400Mhz you can use 333 & 400. But the bus speed will be 333. Check the M/B data then you can find out whether you can or not
