If you are using the Ethernet port in the Router to connect you dont need any Dialing settings............
But you have to set up the settings inside the router... for that you can go through the Manual of the router...
You can go inside the Router by opening the Browser and typing 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.0
Inside the Router set,
VPI : 8
VCI : 35

Depends on your Router...
but most of the time,
In the web browser
1. type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.0 and GO
2. If the next page asks for a login
1.1 try USERNAME : admin and Password : admin
1.2 else USERNAME : admin or Password : (use no password)
The setup should be in your Router Manual... Whats you Router model ?
and after login in, you can use kpgunathilaka's Settings.... except the USERNAME and PASSWORD

Thank u guyz both of u.Machn I was unable to access the Router also.When I call to the telecom they told that it is a Modem.It connects to the ethernet port.I cant undrstand that how could a modem connects to the ethernet port.Any way I think that I should check the ethernet card again.Thank u guyz.Rep added.

Call SLT 1243 and ask them. they will give you settings
it depend on the modem brand.
OR just google how to configure (BRAND NAME AND MODEL) adsl router

I called them machn.They even know that is it a modem or router.I am the same.They tell that they will send a technition.Macho i'm not sure about the network card also.

Tell me ur modem or router modle with name.
if it has a network cabale it is a router.
plug the router through network cabel to pc
go to command promt (windows key + r then type cmd then enter) on the command promt type ipconfig then enter
u will see default gateway ip address it will be ur router ip
just type it on a web browswer(IE ecplorer,firefox,opera...)
u will see a msg box ask for user name pass if the router is d-link user name & pass is admin
just type taht to username and pass
then u will log on to router configuration page
find PPP0E select it
give username password on slt
give for
VPI : 8
VCI : 35
values then save & restart
now configuration complete
