IT SITE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
(Balangoda/ Panadura / Battaramulla / Maradana)
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
o User, device, and IT service management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Computer science, Management Information Systems, Information technology or equivalent from a recognized University with 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
Following qualifications will be added advantage.
o Certification in Microsoft System administration & Network Management
o Azure-related service administration
o Microsoft Intune management.
o ITIL Certification
Experience in similar infrastructure, network management & monitoring tools.
Teamwork, communication skills, negotiations, attention to detail, decision making and problem solving, analytical skills, and time management.

- Provide guidance and supervise IT staff under the above role for them to manage their respective functional areas.
- Managing and maintenance of
o User, device, and IT service management.
- Assist Business Users & management of the Company Helpdesk.
- Coordination with Group IT and Sector IT on all the IT services.
- Maintain IT operational compliance levels.
- Manage IT inventories including software and hardware.
- Manage IT procurement, product evaluation and prepare technical recommendations.
- Preparation of IT budgets and optimal utilization of capital and operational expenditures.
