Machan, there's not much of a point in taking a multi vitamin after you're positive. Although it might help to reduce some symptoms.
Normal dose is once daily after a meal. There are better multi vitamin preparations than Zincovit btw. Wellwoman is one, it's a bit expensive compared to zincovit but worth the price. Wish her a speedy recovery

Have you guys got vaccinated? Don't panic machan. Don't over exert yourself either. Rest as much as possible and eat and hydrate yourselves.

Try to find a pulse oxymeter and keep an eye on that. Hope you guys get well soon.

No need to take Zincovit bro.. No harm of taking at the same time not much benifit.. If u want of if u have it now take 1 tab daily.. Syrup 10ml daily..
Just take Vit D 1000u daily
Vit C 1 tab daily/ twice daily take with omeprozole 20mg twice daily..

Panadol if only needed,, Don't take antibiotics..
