All the countries should sue them. They had the infection since mid October, denied it till they could no longer hide it. They never learned a lesson from 2003 with SARS - where they almost did exactly the same. Worse, they never revealed the facts. Lied from the beginning - went to the extent of saying that no human transmission was noticed. They didn't let anyone in, for obvious reasons. When people fell dead like flies they came with 10% of the truth.
Had anyone read my very early posts, I have said the Chinese are committing a crime against all humanity. That's exactly what they did.
Knowing well the severity of the virus, they sent their tour groups and students all over the world. If any country tried to ban flights, they protested saying that there's nothing to worry.

Had the imbecile politicians who control the CCP listened to the medical staff, Dr WenLiang and others, instead of taking them to police for rumour mongering - and quarantined Wuhan immediately, this disaster would have been totally averted. But it's the CCP that takes decisions, not the scientists or the doctors. They decided to destroy the lab records.

China is aptly referred to as the Empire of lies. It's not because they are communist. Truth has never a part of the CCP culture, not in the past, nor it will be in the future - as long as the CCP controls.
Many will say I am Trump's agent - But I am not. I am no one's mouthpiece. I was aware of what's happening from the beginning.
It was useless to say anything against China in this forum. Instead of arguing some resort to low insults.
Just remember that by waving a Chinese flag will not save anyone from this virus.

Freedom Watch, a Washington-based advocacy group, and Buzz Photos, a Texas company that specialises in high school sports photography, have filed a class-action lawsuit against the Chinese government demanding $20 trillion in compensation for the damages caused by the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, pandemic, reports IANS.

"Although it appears that the COVID-19 virus was released at an unplanned, unexpected time, it was prepared and stockpiled as a biological weapon to be used against China''s perceived enemies, including but not limited to the people of the US," the report quotes the complaint as saying.

On March 23, US President Donald Trump said he is ‘a little upset’ with China over its late sharing of information on the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus and refusing to accept a visit by American medical experts to the country ‘out of pride’.

There are now 31,057 confirmed cases across the US, with 390 deaths. New York State, in particular New York City, emerged as the hotspot of one of the worst public health crisis in the US in recent memory. Nearly one in every two Americans infected by novel coronavirus are from New York City, which reported 5,085 news cases on March 23, taking the total to 20,875.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of conservative lawyer Larry Klayman, sought compensation from the Chinese government due to its "callous and reckless indifference and malicious acts". The Chinese people, the report quotes him as saying, "are a good people, but their government is not and it must be made to pay dearly".

Buzz Photos said in the lawsuit that it lost around $50,000 last weekend due to school closures and sports cancellations and has been forced to lay off workers.

but western countries are still refusing to take extreme measures to contain the spreading even when there's accurate and believable statistics are present. so why blame china for not publishing correct statistics if they refuse to take actions based on available statistics?
