US, France Presidents studying 'Mahinda Chinthanaya'

(Lanka-e-News, March 04, 2009, 6.20 PM) The leader of Jathika Hela Urumaya (JHU) Champika Ranawaka says that the economies worldwide are collapsing as a result of liberal economic policies. He pointed out that the countries have to turn to national economic models to get rid of the crisis. Ranawaka said that Sri Lanka shifted to national economic policies under 'Mahinda Chinthanaya' before other nations. The Minister expressed these views addressing a press conference held in Colombo.

He further stated that US President Obama and France President Sarkosi are studying 'Mahinda Chinthanaya' now to face the global economic recession.
