USB LAN Controller HELP!!

Guys today I bought a UBS LAN Controller (Chinese) for my laptop.

The prob is I can't install the drivers. I tried auto select install but it didn't work. And I can't open the install file as I get this error message.

Then I tried other file but there's no any setup so anyone have an idea how to install this.

I tried every shit I know but none of them work. Can't google them as most of files are unavailable or fake.

Any help would be appreciate.

P.S - Screenshots are taken from Win7 but I want to install this for lap which has Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I tried it both on Win XP SP3 and Win 7 but didn't work

If you mean Win XP not service pack 3 still I don't think it will work as there's some error in that setup file
