try enabling encryption ..i think ISPs are blocking torrent traffic

I don't think Sri Lankan ISPs started shaping P2P traffic yet... But if it is a Software based block you can bypass it using uTrorrent protocol encryption... But if it is hardware based it won't help... Like my ISP they have expensive hardware to shape all the P2P traffic from their clients...
