It was a 250MB line seeding D: torrentz.com is a da best place to get stuff..coz u get a tracker list with loadz of seeders!! Datz number 1...For you 2 get maximum speed go n get register in a private tracker They are damn fast! But if u leech....u should seed..or banned!Da next things is your firewall. Make u open da ports from the firewall which uTorrent uses..or maybe give unrestricted access to uTorrent
Also put da upload speed to 1kbps....this is not recommended as this is not ethical...nobody's gonna do you anything if u r not seeding...but tit-for-tat buddy...once again...u leech..u seed!
Also machan try changing your maximum number of half open connections

Your AV might call this as a virus..might...my KIS didnt anyway..so this edits a file names TCPIP.sys in your system.
You can change da limit to 50. XP might tell abt da integrity of system file is changed or crap..just ignore its normal.
