Unfortunately, with visa problems.. I'll be buying the wife a watch and bracelet set, some chocolates, flowers, cuddly toy and anything else i can think of.
If she wasn't being sick all the time- because of her pregnancy- i'd take her out for a nice meal in the local Thai restaurant.
