Its noted in the manual and also the fuel cap says pump only 95+.  But I heard the Japan Models (JDM) with 1.5L engine can also run with 92. Also I heard these new civics have a knock sensor and if engine knock occurs because of low octane fuel, vehicle adjusts the timing of the engine and reduces the performance. Not sure.
