VGA Card Help

Mama langathi VGA card ekak arang mage PC eka update karanna hithang inne.

Athe 15000-16000 vithara thiyenawa. Can anyone suggest me a good vga card from ati or nvidia for the price ?

( I am doing this to play GTA 4 and Mass Effect )

Processsor : Core 2 Duo (E7200) 2.53Ghz
RAM : 2GB
VGA ( Now ) : Nvidia 7300GS
