I think u need to go see dr for viagra and u should check if u have any heart problems before u taking them. If u know any one in USA u can get these other pills they sell pretty much every store. You have to take the pill before half and hour u do ur thing. I seen young n old guys buy that but i doubt it's good for u but if u need it better get that and make ur girl happy coz they need it. All it does is pump ur blood faster and u will feel the heart rate goes up so if u have heart problems better watch out.
