As far as I know machan Virtual dub is a video editing software.Even the mod edition is used for converting,splitting,joining etc.

yes but it use 4 conver mpeg2 to avi.we have to convert the movie to a 1 vob file and rip it using dub.what is the best way to select bit rate. target size or target bitrate?
