Just download it from Microsoft. It is free. Why use stupid rapidshare?

Crap! Screw it! Try VirtualBox instead. It's awesome. Only issue is that its file sharing with the host isn't as straight forward as VirtualPC or VMWare. But performance is fantastic!!!
