This sounds like a virus issue. Virus or not it has definitely affected the file system. Right click on the partition and click properties. In the tools tab there is an option to check the file system. run it. If there is file system error it will fix the issue. after doing this try to access the files which are not accessible. Let me know the result.

Machan tell me what is the partition setup? what partition is affected? system or the other or both? what is the virus scanner in use? does it scan the system partition? does it show any viruses? And also how's the file extensions looks like for the files you can't access? did they changed from the original extension? for an example lets say you had sample.jpg file and now looks like 'sample' without the extension.

I see. I think its clear machan. It must be a hardware trouble. There are some viruses does some serious damage, but depending on your description it seems like this is a hardware fault of the HD. If its not a hardware issue we can surely format it. Can't format means it has some mechanical failure. Try to repair if possible. Hope for the best

only 1 partition in this hard drive,not installed system os
Virus guard is Bitdefender,it does not scan and show result
"total files scan 0,threads 0 like this,all the functions 0,because it's does not read"
I tried many types of virus guards in more machines by microsoft security Esential,Avast,Avira with many OSes

And also how's the file extensions looks like for the files you can't access?
Many file extensions in that hard disk all the video formats(avi,mpg,mkv,flv,3gp,etc),jpg and more extensions
can't access all the extensions,but in Linux system can read only text files

I can seen original extensions,not changed anyone
