Maybe a Problem with your modem or the router ur using.. or else ur virus guard....

I tooo had a similar problem & i was using norton those days & afterwards I tried many thing like mcafea , avg ...etc but none could remove it. Finally I found an excellent way to remove this.

u have to get 2 free softwares (not very big just kilobyte size)

HijackThis
Killbox

Now run the Hijackthis & click on "do a system scan and save log file"

Now go to this website > http://www.hijackthis.de/

Paste the logfile output or upload that file to that site I gave U above.

Now it'll show you every information of each process & the risky processes & stuff in red & so on... If there is a risky process it'll show you the way to remove the process & the rootkit. for this you might need other features of hijackthis & killbox.

p.s. - if you're a n00b & not an advanced user of windows do this @ your own caution. But this is an excellent way to remove this
