Virus Problem!!!

My computer have system problem cause of virus or spam.

It not let to insall any anti virus as aell as current anti virus not function. it stay off
or disable mood.
certain windows activites such as search files, not work.
also always try to run floppy disk drives.

How i remove this problem?
cause it not allow to insatll any anti virus or anti spam program.

is there have good anti virus program or anti spam to remove this trouble?

I think in this situation you have to update your current anti virus so that it able to remove the virus from your computer....

Their r 2 options connect your PC HDD to another PC which has a Good Anti Virus and scan your HDD and Clean it.

Other is through a Network you can scan your HDD.

For both you need 2 be alert so that the virus fm your HDD does not go 2 the scanning HDD. It will not take place if the scanning HDD has a good Virus Guard.

i cant update antivirus cause system dont let it,

My windows XP search files not work!
also register editor not work!
office files deleted in drive D hard disk.
anti virus becomes disable, cant enable it.

THen u have to Format C: partition only and Install a Virusguard and Clean the hard...
i think so...

or u can Simply Plug ur hard to another computer and Clean...
that's the easiest way...

Try to stop all the startup programs exept antivirus software by using msconfig....then update your antivirus.....disconnect your internet connection and start scan.....Try karala balanda eth sure ne.....

Don't format drive C:. u have to find it!!!!!! sometimes it's in ur another drive. so u have to find it !!!!!!!! do u try to stop the start up programs!!!!!!!!!!

Go to start and run, then type "msconfig" and press ok. In a Genral tab select "Selective startup " and go to the startup tab and stop all the unnassary programs. after that go to the "Services" tab and put a tick to "Hide all microsoft services" . After that other services r untrusted services!!!! so u have to stop it!!! But don't stop ur antivirus services. remember it!!!!

If u can download "Tune up" software u can do these things very easy!!!!!!!!!

Any case what happend 2 you Vishnu123 r u dead or alive ?

Since no news as 2 what happend 2 your HDD. Go on safe mode with network on and try. This will work. Else connect each of your HDD to another PC and scan. Other PC hdd has to be the bootable HDD.

Use NOD32 ESET smart Security ver 4.0 to detect your virus.
