Vista Updating problem

Guys im havn a issue with Windos Vista 64 bit Home premium, i cant update windows, or even windows defender, today i installed kaspersky and try to update it, but failed, same with AVG, it seems i cant update any damn thng, but no problems with login to web sites or downloading files

need help from tech Gurus

machan if u can find the updates manually cause i have the same issue with the AVG antivirus...

machan this is with all the things, windows update, windows defender update, and with all the anti virus updates, there must be a solution for this cray shit,

Dude Do you have the Genuine Version (not the Cracked one ) the Original One u Bought From a Store ? ? ? ..
If not..You Have to manually Update.....Coz if you try to update it automaticcaly..(not recommended) Your Vista will get Blocked and u wont have access to your desktop untill you activate with a paid serial number..so Update it manually !

yes machan its original one, like someone mentioned earlier i updated AVG manually but still i cant do windows Automatic updates, anyway can u gve me the link for manula updates site
