Probably some of you might recall that I did write in the older Covid Megathreads that if any Vitamin could help you out for Covid, it's Vitamin D. Also mentioned to take 1000 IU per day.
This was mainly because Vitamin D is helpful for respiratory infections. Also it was given in very high doses for old people, 10,000 IU intraveneously as prophylactic treatment against SARS.
Further it was noticed in Europe, it's mostly the older people with low levels of Vitamin D who succumbed to Covid -19.

Here's a recent nice video that might be of interest.

I don't usually have a time to get the morning sunlight. So I started taking 1000 IU once in a three days. Vitamin D3+K2 supplements said to be good for Covid. I think Vitamin K2 is a blood thinner which is good against covid.

IF you take D3 high dosage make sure to use it with K2 and Magnesium combo. It's must to take magnesium if you are going more than 880UI VIT D . . I do this every 4 months continouesly and buying from iherbs.com

That's because D3 and K2 works in unison. Vit K is also helpful in a Covid situation as it can help to prevent thrombosis and also in the way that it interacts with MGP (Matrix Gla protein) which is a vitamin K-dependent inhibitor of soft tissue calcification and elastic fibre degradation.
You can buy Ostelin which has D3, K2 and also Ca.

Yes I do aware of this. I have been taking those combo more than 5 - 6 years and it really helps. Since I want to lower my CAC score in the blood I don't use calcium .. Instead that combo :) . Many sri lanka suffers from CAC that's why many people experiencing CAD . So it's best to avoid Ca with the purpose. All depend with the purpose :)
