මුලික උපදෙස් ගන්න හදිස්සියි නම් ඉක්මනට ලගම තියෙන MOH Office එකට යන්න. එතන ඉන්න නර්ස්, ඩොක්ටර් උපදෙස් දෙයි. බබෙක් හදන්න මාසෙකට කලින් ඉදන්ම ගන්න ඕනා විටමින් කිහිපයක් තියෙනවා. ඒවාලින් වෙන්නේ මූලිකව කළලය වර්දනය වෙන්න ඕනා පෝෂණය ලැබෙන එක සහ මොළය ආශ්‍රිත වර්දනයට ප්‍රෝටීන් ලැබෙන එක.

හොද doctor කෙනෙක් , NISHENDRA KARUNARATNE ත් හොදයි කියනවා. Dr . විජිත් නම් hospital එකට ගිහින් doctor ගේ assistant ට කතා කරන්න. නැතුව online appointment ගන්න බැහැ . Hospital දෙකේම(Lanka, Ninewells ) වෙන්නේ එහෙමයි. ගිහිල්ල බලන්න විස්තරේ කියන්න

Dr. Ajith Rajapaksha good... My two little ones VOG was him...
Suvika Fertility center owned by him.. only private hospitals... now not in government hospital.

My advice is to channel 1st day at a private hospital like Asiri or Ninwells.
you can channel him in there without any delay but in there hospitals tikak vathai.

then he will advice you.... Goto Suvika @ Nawala near park (old vali park).

Dr. Vijith is best for Scanning....
If you have any doubt pls go there he is also a good doctor.
But waiting time is much more..

I spoke with my doctor about the timeing problem..
He adviced me there is a chance of 3 to 4 hours time for you to go to a hospital.
But I have no idea about 2nd chance.

I think its true..
He does 2 morning and 2 evening scerian ..
But his charge was 10k before 5 years. (doctor charges only) total was at that time 112k for cessarian.
