VoIP/SIP Blocked?

Does anyone know if ports 5060-50xx are blocked in Sri Lanka (outbound or inbound) or if VoIP SIP blocked in another manner. I found mixed answers when I searched for it on other websites.

I believe the ISP in Sri Lanka I will be gettin is STL ADSL, I couldn't find any information from their website about any ports being blocked, just wanting some user confirmation directly.


What I need is to operate a few SIP based ATAs and a Asterisk server that would use SIP to connect to my servers outside of Sri Lanka.

you have to use vpn server client

Anyway I just put the system in place and we have no issues (so far) works perfect.

So as a reference to anyone else who needs the info, there is no bock on voip on the STL network (as in no restriction more special for voip protocols).
