why can't anybody understand denying access is not the answer

it's a democratic right of a person to use facebook or bbc or whatever.

government is not there to babysit the public..

Face book can promote your web position. You can find people of same interests all over the world. Is their anybody worried for new opportunities opening for new generation, that was not before while they were young?
