theoretically cartoons ain't motion graphics. they are called static pictures
so the right term for cartoons what you refer is motion graphics.
cause you expect something moves.
if u think like that way u can obviously realize video games are playable motion graphics.

I honestly have no idea about Pan Pasinduwan.
but I assume they are five cartoon series? right?
yeah I watched them all but not sure about those names.

but certainly you can find the English version
