Hmm so Russia decides to invade Ukraine and US responds by imposing sanctions (something they do all the time). As a result some of the oil companies in US/Europe are profiting from the situation. Now is that their fault or is a result of making the most out of the situation?

What I am saying is, Russia had the choice of not waging war. Instead they waged war and then US made the most of it. Now whining that US profited from it is just a butt hurt opinion.
