Some are saying that the solution for the prevailing conflict in our country is devolution of power while others see war as a option.

    What is your opinion?
    post what you think.
    Also poll.

I think your question should be corrected as "What do you think the CURRENT solution for the Terrorist Issue in SL?"

Because at the end of the day it is definitely gonna be a political solution!

But as we know all Terrorists are after all terrorists! we have already tried talking but everyones knows what happens at the end, Talks or no Talks bombs still goes off and people still get killed!! So what's the point?

And Terrorists wont back down till they are weak, so we need a military campaign to achieve that, 1st make them weak and limit thier options until they lay down arms!! Then the govt. can work on a political settlement that suits the North!

But in which ever case it must be under central govt.!!

ow eka hari. Gurilla movement ekak completely destroy karanda ba kohomawath. 5 denek ethuruwela hitiyath ape army ekakata karanda bari de unta karanda puluwan. But if we can destroy their leadership then we have the advantage.

Our army can be on duty 24/7/365. But 5 seconds are enough for terrorists to do what they want. 5 seconds mistake can be fatal.

i think making real confidence in minorities hearts that they can actively perticipate and uplift this country that'll benifit all as sri lankans..thats the only way outta this mess.more important thing is ppl should understand this.

LTTE unfortunately has the least faith on it. so military solution is the only way for them.

but government should be careful not to put the moderate minority in a position they have less confidence that its going towards a political solution with peace loving ppl...while carrying the military operations.

otherwise there is no political solution for this at all..never. politicians will just just get fedup of one (military or political) and choose the other while blaming the past rulers for what they rejecting.

They all want to end this but to do that first you have to destroy the LTTE because with out that no meaning doing any other things prabakaran only want his part he will never agree with other thing so untill we get him this is never gona end
