Washing Machine Humming not Spinning!

Motor is humming but drum not spinning and not working.
Today a repair guy came and checked and said it's the gearbox. After removing the belt the motor can be seen running but when you put on the belt it doesn't work.
But I have a feeling something stuck inside the drain pump.
