Most Venerable Kiribathgoda Gnanananda Thero (pinwath Loku Swaminwahanse) conducted a full-day Dhamma programme on 27th September 2008, at the Vincent Dias Stadium, Badulla. Thousands of devotees attended at the event which was jointly organized by: the 'Bodhi-gnana Council, Badulla; the Chief Minister (of Uva Province) & staff; Government Agent (of Badulla) & staff and the business community in the area.
The full programme was broadcasted live through the 'Uva Community Radio Servce' (Uva Praja Guwanviduliya).
