There are so many people comming to Colombo. Some of these people are pissing in the roads at night. They are not aware where is public toilets, Bath rooms, Water taps, Public baths. Some places even for a small fee. They should make an app. So peole will know where to do it instead of road.
Most of the lanes have small public taps maintained by lane residences who pay for water meter. Some public baths and toiets are charged others are not.
People can even go to Buddist Temples, Churches, Hindu Kovils, Mosques to do it. They should know it in the map.
More than other areas Colombo residence allows tourists to use their toilets only thing is they just need to ask. They also need to flush the toilets after use or pour a bucket of water after use.
It is pathetic some drunkards and begger piss in the roads.Also some outsiders do it too.
