    Hey guys ive been working out in the gym since a year..all what happen is my muscle gets cut and in real shape..i need mass..tried all mass excercise..But doesnt work,

    Any supplements/tablets that you know of ..Could you'll help me out

    That is so common. Try to drink a protien instead of tablets. I can recommend few good protiens with low carbs.
    Genetix and Max's (Just google these brands). One scoop should be consumed in the breakfast and another after work out.

    And also one thing to help muscle growth is try to do reps between 6-12. That is the stage where nuscles start to build. If you are just doing less than 6 reps, that only helps to improve the muscle strength not the mass.

    Well i just purshased whey protein.How should i dose to bluck up..and should it be after workout or drining it while working out..Cus its ths the ramazan month,im fasting..so pretty tough

    All the protiens have given a schedule when to take.

    And apart from this, try to forcus on one muscle for one week. For example, If you do chest and triceps on monday. Do it again on Next monday.

    if ur done with your cut then its time to Bulk, Don't go after supplements just stick to ur diet, exercises and basic supplements. Supplements are for support :yes: Add 300- 500 extra calories to your maintenance, lift heavy as much as you can. Supplement wise take a good whey, creatine, and a good multivitamin. ( ON 100% gold whey) if ur looking for a weight gainer ( ON serious mass )

    @bonji We'll so im 62 kilo so the intake would be 62 gram.Hmm seem like a cool idea..Will take into consideration .
    @greenduzt yes it does have a given a shecdule,but for driffrent body type the dosage changes yah.Cus im a hard gainer..It would be driffrent.

    We'll creatine would increase your stamina yah?

    machan u need 2g of protein per every 1kg in ur body, so if ur 62kg's u need 124g of protein, a whey scoop contains 24g of proteins so u will need about 5 scoops per day if not eat egg whites (3g protein per egg white) and chicken breast but they are more costly, nutrition is the toughest part in bodybuilding :(

    @1992buwa-thanks.We'll i dnt want to go pro ,im am built even with my rips.i just need to bring more mass into the muscles.Got a workout chart from my previous gym i went.

    @razer knight-thanks.I have tried Whey and i have seen results alot..i just need more mass..with tablets like ginsen product..Thing is i dnt know how to take em or dnt know whixh is the best

    @1992buwa .Tnx man..i know.when you have time kill..You can do it right.we'll i work 50 Hours for the week and hardly get time to without missing and skipping days.I dont make much time to sleep aswel..so thats y need to find a shortcut :D.

    i just play 3 days per week ,2 day 1hr per day and other day nera 1.45 hrs.i spend just 4 hr per week.enougf time to recover muscles mean avoid playing in gym untill recover .i do my weight training monday , wednesday , friday and rest(rest means avoid from weight training) both and saturday sunday.warm up exercises and Stretching exercises also different for each workout and each person.i have to say just meet a well experienced and talented instructor said your goal to him you con success your goal.i too haven't time to kill from next week i have to work 24x7 ,nowadays and last 1yr i do a one of super hardest physical training in the world 3hr to 8hr per day in hole week. What do you know about hardwork friend
