There's a fine line between being "intelligent" and been "Intellectual", A polititian must be intellectual !!!

Anyone can be INTELLIGENT in anything and be a stupid and ignorant /pron to all other's/affairs around him and Champika is one of those "kind" of people.

I know him personally, there was a time when I was closley related to the "begining of the JHU" where some "great" people was involved ( I am not saying that I am great) but later moved out due to this idiot's behaviour and the overtake of his powers. (want to hear from Day 1 till the dooms day of JHU???)
