OK, most people who overclock their PCs to extreme run them at those clocks for a brief period of time, because they are using dangerous settings or not very stable settings (just stable enough to go through a benchmark and post the score).
What are the overclock values you guys run in day to day computing? (Not the benchmarking clocks)

It is ok to post the clocks you use when you are gaming. Most people only overclock their VGA when playing a game

Stock: Intel E7200 2.53GHz (266*9.5) (VID 1.1V)
Overclocked:
3.85GHz (406*9.5) (1.392V idle, 1.336V load in CPU-Z)
Memory:
Stock: Kingston 4GB DDR2-667 5/5/5/15 1.8V
Overclocked: 812MHz 5/5/5/15 1.8V
VGA
Stock: Galaxy 9600GT 650/1625/1800
Overclocked: 707/1818/2133
