What do you think about this monitor?

I'm thinking about buying this LCD monitor.

Barclays Trading has it for Rs.28,000 which is only about Rs.5,000 more than USA price.

yep good one. 700:1 and 5ms response time with DVI.Price is cool too for a 19" like this
Check they give the DVI cable free or not. If not its bit expensive.

No, not yet. Didn't tell dad yet. I can buy this no problem (got the $$$ ), but then I will lower my chances of buying a DX10 video card Anyway, I don't think I will be able to play games much in the final year of Uni, so I'm leaning towards the monitor. Let's see how it turns out.

BTW, this is the only DVI monitor I could find at Unity :S

The only problem is whatever the specs speaks or whatever a person feels, the real feeling might differ to the person actually using it. It's not as easy as assessing a CPU or a Video card

BTW, RAM prices have gone down further. Now Rs. 8500 for 1GB DDR2-667 but no one gives life time warranty. Only 3 years.
