It's nothing wrong. In virtusa , technology doesn't determine job title. There 's thing called Core Expertise Group or CEG. different engineers belong to different CEGs. Some are taken to .Net CEG, some are in Java CEG or in Databse CEG. Likewise these days they mostly hire for Page CEG.
Same job title, but salaries might slightly differ from CEG to CEG. According to their model by looking at the job title you cannot guess the technology he/she is up to.
