We use multithreading in all WinRAR, WinZip and 7-zip and every software that supports them. n00b We are not new to PCs like you are

The test results I showed are all done on a single core CPU (because VirtualBox only allows one core to be assigned for virtual machine). So no improvement by using more threads.
