There is no possibility of Syrian Qatar oil/gas pipeline to the Mediterranean Sea. Even if that was made through Israel (highly unlikely possibility) Turkish Stream Pipeline would be much cheaper. So Qatar/Israeli pipe line will have less or no demand.
