What is the best Adware & Spyware removal tool?

What is the best Adware & Spyware removal tool while browsing/ surfing the net in SL? I think Spybot Search & Destroy is quite good because it finds a lot of adware/ spyware during the scan but doesn't effectively remove them. After the 1st scan is says it found x amount and removes them but after a 2nd scan the same stuff are detected again.

I would like to know user opinions and what Adware & Spyware removal software you use?

Below is a screenshot after scanning my pc using spybot S&D. Check out the list. i need to get rid of those... soon... any help?
