what is the best scanner in the market?what are the features we should be looking for?

best is HP or Epson but all depend on what purpose of use. if its just to scan for web, then you could go for a cheap product or if its for print publication you need a high end scanner to scan images into 300dpi in tiff format. these are bit expensive
