What is the cheapest dual sim phone with gprs?

Thought of buying one. But no Chinese junk please. Micromax is okay. I want dual sim, silent mode, gprs. Should be a light weight one too(not that huge battery like a brick).
Those who are using would you please advise me?

Ya.. I dnt know whether it Locked or not.. But if its Locked its worthless having Dualsim.. if that airtel men's have a brain,it should not be locked...
